INTRODUCTION
My name is Jordan Nwachukwu, first child among three boys. I hail from Ezeoke Nsu, Ehime-Mbano LGA in Imo State. I studied Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Technology Owerri. I am a visual storyteller with specialties in photography, motion graphics and visual design.I help brands and businesses amplify their visibility and engage their target markets using compelling visual storytelling.

It Began with
I think most of what i do is a natural gifting. I grew up with a love for art, pictures and drawing. I enjoyed these expressions all through my secondary school education. However, I went on to study engineering in the University and ended up in banking but i didn't lose my bias for the visual arts, experimenting with new forms like photography. I eventually got tired of the direction i was heading career-wise and realized i wasn't being true to myself. I needed to find a creative outlet but i was unclear as to what do do next and how to manage the transition. Providence came to my rescue and arranged a life-changing 2 hour chance meeting with a legendary Photographer named Kelechi Amadi Obi.The rest, as they say is history.

Journey so far
I have been involved in several different art expressions in the last 10 years alongside my regular 9-5 job. My primary focus, however has been freelancing as a graphics designer and artist. I gave the business a proper structure 10 months ago and added several other skill-sets to my repertoire.
Turning point
I started this project from home and it was self-funded.I transitioned from paid employment in April of 2015 and launched officially two months later primarily with Photography. The brand Name is PixelHD Studios.

Idea development
Am not sure i can pin down idea generation to a particular methodology.
I expose my yourself to ideas all the time via books, photographs, design and all forms of art. I believe ideas are distilled from from the sum total of a person's observations, inspirations and experiences.

What else?
I sing, dance and play the piano.

Hours on the grind
I am an all-the-timer.  Regular days I work eleven hours, however i have very few regular days as i am often out shooting, having a consultation and then returning to do post processing work, conceptualization sessions or learning to hone my skills.

Fear and Management
My greatest fear used to be death. Now my greatest fear is dying with unrealized potential. I manage that fear by creating. Something. Anything. Everyday. That way, every day that passes, i have less unrealized potential.

Passion
Three things basically. My family. Realizing my full potential. Helping as many people as possible do the same.

Define Success
Success is simply realizing ALL your potential and inspiring others to do the same.

Failures and Lessons Learned
I failed two courses in the second year of my university education and it had a domino effect on the subsequent courses i could register because they were prerequisite courses. I had to work like an insane person to avoid having an extra year in school.I learnt that all our lives are inextricably linked by cause and effect.
Everything we choose to do or refuse to do creates ripples that travel all through our lives and the lives of those around us.

Influencers
God is my primary influencer. He inspires me to create like Him.
My entrepreneural journey was also mightily influenced by a 2 hour chance meeting with Legendary Lawyer-turned-Photographer Kelechi Amadi Obi. That meeting gave me the courage to change course and follow my destiny. I have also found myself in the company of very driven Nigerian entrepreneurs and thought leaders who inspire me daily. A list will be almost impossible. My friend and colleague, Nobis Emeka has been a primary catalyst.

Times I wanted out
Every engineering students dream was to work in an oil company in their graduate days. As hard as i tried, i ended up in the banking sector. Things didn't go as i planned however I learned very many valuable competencies in that industry that have prepared me for the entrepreneurial journey.

Life of an Entrepreneur
Primarily, it has gifted me with clarity, trained me to lead myself and unchained my creativity. I am also gaining mastery of money.

Skills Required by an Entrepreneur
Vision. Wisdom. Execution.

My Goals
As a brand, I want to help redefine and equalize the rules of engagement for Nigerian and African Entrepreneurs playing on the world stage. What we bring to the global table shouldn't be recognized only by its sub-par quality.
This is an anomaly that I intend to tackle on the long term through visual branding.
